Donation Opportunities

Donations can be made through the Office of Historic Alexandria Shop's Donation page and through the on-going GTMS Endowment Campaign.
More and more large and small companies are providing assistance to non-profit organizations in interesting new ways. Here are a few very simple ways to help support the work done by Gadsby's Tavern Museum with no extra cost to you. Every little bit helps!
PayPal Giving Fund
The PayPal Giving Fund provides long-term support to the Museum through the elimination of processing fees for the Society as well as other funding initiatives of their own. In the PayPal listing the Society is referred to as GTMS, Inc. You can pay with your credit card.
Giant Food
The Giant Food Community Bag Program facilitates community support with the goal to make a difference in the communities where shoppers live and work. GTMS was selected as one of the beneficiaries of the program by store leadership at the Giant Food Potomac Yard, located at 621 E. Glebe Road. When you purchase a $2.50 reusable Community Shopping Bag there, you can indicate on the attached Giving Tag attached to the bag that a $1 donation should go to GTMS.
Holy Cow Gourmet Burgers, Del Ray
Holy Cow Del Ray's Gourmet Burger Joint (2312 Mt. Vernon Ave, Alexandria) contributes 25¢ of every burger sold to a charity you choose in the ACT for Alexandria listings at the time of purchase. GTMS is #31.
